A long-time resident of Humboldt County, Barbara first began working as a sales agent in the greater Humboldt, Trinity, and Del Norte Counties in 1990. She has held a Ca Real Estate brokers license since 1997, and is returning to real estate sales after 15 years of employment as a California Licensed Professional Fiduciary and advocate. Handling complex real estate matters for conservatorships, trusts, and probates, Barbara gained valuable skills, with an emphasis on ethics and attention to detail.
Drawing from her diverse background with site development, forestry, construction and remodel projects, managing residential and commercial rental properties, and living rurally on acreage, she can readily assist a client with vacant land, residential, or commercial property. She enjoys a collaborative approach and strives to take her client’s best interests into account while working with them to develop strategies and a plan of action that will optimize the outcome of their purchase or sale.
In her time off Barbara can be found gardening, enjoying music, or exploring the nooks and crannies of her favourite mountains, rivers, beaches, and swimming holes. Sharing her enthusiasm for the local area and community is a fun and rewarding part of her job.
