In 2011 Kyla began working at Coldwell Banker Cutten Realty with her father, Charlie Tripodi. Together Kyla and Charlie were the top producing agents in Humboldt County, and worked under the #1 real estate agency in the county. While part of the Coldwell Banker team, Kyla was invited into the “Presidents Circle” as well as awarded The Western Region’s Rookie of The Year in 2014 for total units sold. After such rapid success Kyla obtained her broker’s license to fulfill her and her father’s dream of opening “The Land Man Office”. Their dream became a reality in June of 2015, and The Land Man Office is up and running in Eureka, California. Kyla was born and raised in Humboldt County, living “off the grid” most of her life. He has obtained the honor of #1 top producing agent in Humboldt County in 2005 and 2007, and also in 2009, 2010, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2016. A long-time resident of Humboldt County, Barbara first began working as a sales agent in the greater Humboldt, Trinity, and Del Norte Counties in 1990. She has held a Ca Real Estate brokers license since 1997, and is returning to real estate sales after 15 years of employment as a California Licensed Professional Fiduciary and advocate. Handling complex real estate matters for conservatorships, trusts, and probates, Barbara gained valuable skills, with an emphasis on ethics and attention to detail. Drawing from her diverse background with site development, forestry, construction and remodel projects, managing residential and commercial rental properties, and living rurally on acreage, she can readily assist a client with vacant land, residential, or commercial property. She enjoys a collaborative approach and strives to take her client’s best interests into account while working with them to develop strategies and a plan of action that will optimize the outcome of their purchase or sale. In her time off Barbara can be found gardening, enjoying music, or exploring the nooks and crannies of her favourite mountains, rivers, beaches, and swimming holes. Sharing her enthusiasm for the local area and community is a fun and rewarding part of her job.

Tyla was born and raised in Humboldt County and is familiar with it's diverse regions, neighborhoods and people.  Combining her lifelong passion for real estate with her energetic, hardworking nature and talent for connecting with people, Tyla has created a rewarding and fulfilling career. With a background in early childhood education, psychology and customer service, she brings her diverse and unique skill set to her clients.  Tyla is well connected throughout the community and is active in local organizations and was elected treasurer for the North Coast chapter of the California Dressage Society.  Tyla enjoys spending time with husband, two children, and two dogs, competing her horse in Dressage, traveling, and enjoying all types of food.

Mike moved to Humboldt County in 1996 to raise his kids and attend HSU, earning a degree in English. He fell in love with living on the North Coast and has made Humboldt his home ever since. After spending four years as a local financial advisor with a national Wall Street firm, Mike transitioned into a career in commercial real estate, and spent 16 years managing a diversified portfolio of commercial properties, including retail, office, warehouse, and industrial properties located from Maine to Alaska, gaining extensive experience in leasing, property management, acquisitions, and sales of various property types. With his kids grown, he decided to make a lifestyle change from the corporate world and took a position with a California state agency, handling appraisals and acquisitions of various properties located in Humboldt, Del Norte, Lake, and Mendocino Counties, and finally transitioned into a career as a Realtor with the Land Man Office, as it offered him the opportunity to put his knowledge and experience to work for individual clients. Mike lives in Eureka with his partner and their two dogs. In his free time, Mike enjoys exploring new parts of the North Coast, backpacking, photography, fly fishing, white water rafting, and running an occasional half Marathon.
