In 2011 Kyla began working at Coldwell Banker Cutten Realty with her father, Charlie Tripodi. Together Kyla and Charlie were the top producing agents in Humboldt County, and worked under the #1 real estate agency in the county. While part of the Coldwell Banker team, Kyla was invited into the “Presidents Circle” as well as awarded The Western Region’s Rookie of The Year in 2014 for total units sold. After such rapid success Kyla obtained her broker’s license to fulfill her and her father’s dream of opening “The Land Man Office”. Their dream became a reality in June of 2015, and The Land Man Office is up and running in Eureka, California. As a Broker, Realtor®, and NAR Green designee Kyla is available for all of your land or acreage buying or selling needs. Kyla was born and raised in Humboldt County, living “off the grid” most of her life. Her vast knowledge of remote living assist in her ability to satisfy all of your rural, agricultural, recreational and residential needs. Kyla and Charlie also have two administrative assistants, allowing them time to focus their energy on caring for their clients and working in the field.
