A resident of Humboldt County since 1978, Charlie has owned and operated two businesses dealing with rural land including a reforestation and land development company as well as an adventure and recreational business for fishing, river rafting, historical and educational outings. He is a rural land owner who "lives off the grid" on his own property, making him the ideal realtor for rural properties. Working as a team along with his wife Maya Conrad, Land Agent and Conservation specialist, Charlie also keeps a full time Office Assistant and Marketing Coordinator to service his properties & transactions, allowing him to focus his energy on caring for his clients.

Prior to becoming a Realtor, Charlie worked for The Carrington Company for six years where he gained exposure and knowledge in timber and land development along with developing and managing commercial properties. Working more recently with Barnum Timber, Resource Land Holdings, Eel River Saw Mills, as well as small property owners, has afforded him a wealth of knowledge in this specialized field of Real Estate. His expertise in all areas of buying and selling acreage is an asset to his past, present, and future clients.
Charlie is currently working with timber companies, private land owners and development companies, selling rural land for timber production, housing, and recreation. He works with a wide range of properties, including TPZ, Conservation Lands, Agricultural, Ranches & Recreational properties, as well as small acreage parcels. Working with everyone from timber investors to those looking to lessen their carbon footprint, he has earned the respect of his clients and colleagues for being able to balance the individual land needs of his clients with those of his community.
