Charlie Tripodi has been a resident of Humboldt County since 1978. He has owned and operated two businesses dealing with rural land including a reforestation and land development company as well as an adventure and recreational business for fishing, river rafting, historical and educational outings. He is a rural land owner who has developed alternative power on his own property, and enjoys kayaking, surfing, and horseback riding.
Prior to becoming a Realtor, Charlie worked for The Carrington Company for six years where he gained exposure and knowledge in timber and land development along with developing and managing commercial properties. His expertise in these areas are an asset to his past, present, and future clients.
From 2003 to 2006, Charlie was one to the top 10 producing agents in Humboldt County. He is currently working with timber companies, private land owners and development companies, selling rural land for timber production, housing, and recreation.
